Well that’s Craft Fair no 4 all done. Bowlers is a great sized venue, plenty of parking and easy to get to.
This was their first craft fair, but there is a large Car Boot on the same site which brought in much needed customers, it was a little disappointing but as it was the first one this could be why hopefully the next one in November will have a better turn out.
On a better note met up with some lovely fellow crafter’s and made some new contacts. Links at the bottom of this Blog to some of the other stall holders.
This is our stall for today with my lovely little helper Lydia, together with my friend Anne who brought her crochet work.

Hello. I had a stall for both days and both were equally disappointing. Iv been to some fairs before with only 4 or 5 tables and made much more than I did in this venue. The size was really good and had a nice mix of crafts available but I don’t think it was advertised enough. They were also relying on footfall from the carboot, which in my opinion are not the right audience for buying handmade items, everyone was out for a bargain. The venue was a bit out of the way to grab passers by. I’ll wait I hear for feedback on future fairs before I book again. Lovely to meet you though!!
